Online Orders & Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping:

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution. If approved, a replacement will be sent and a prepaid return label will be provided for the affected item.

Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be honored.

Empty or missing products will not be eligible for replacement unless the issue was clearly caused by shipping damage. If an empty item or package is returned without shipping-related damage, the cost of both the product and replacement may be charged.

Product Malfunctions

Returned items must include the product and packaging unless damage occurred during shipping. Empty returns not caused by shipping damage may result in charges for replacement items.

All in-store purchases are final.

Once merchandise leaves the store, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
